Q1: Are you a manufacturing factory or trading company?

A: We are China top manufacturer with professional production experience in roasting machines for more than 10 years.

Q2: Where is your factory located?

A: Currently we have two factories in China. One is located in Nanyang City, Henan Province, another one located in Huayuan Industrial Zone, Binhai High-tech Zone, Tianjin, China . Warmly welcome to visit us at any time.

Q3: What are your main products?

A: We are mainly producing commercial and industrial automatic coffee roasters, including 600g, 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, 5/6kg, 10/12kg, 15kg, 20kg, 30kg, 60kg, 120kg per batch, as well as coffee related machines such like coffee grinders, ESP smoker filters, coffee destoner, semi automatic or automatic coffee packaging machines, coffee color sorter machine etc.

Q4: How long is the production leadtime?

A: Normally it is 5-10 working days for the machines in stock. In the case of out of stock or large orders, it will take 15-20 working days. QTY of the orders will be taken into consideration.

Q5: What payment terms do you accept?

A: Payment terms: TT in advance (30% of deposit before production and balance paid before shipment), bank transfer, Paypal, L/C etc. We have professional forwarders can help you to delivery as the terms of EXW/FOB/CFR/CIF/DDU/DDP.

Q6: How do your quality control systems operate?

A: We have professional designer team and experienced engineers to strictly guarantee the production. Meanwhile our factory owns ISO9001 and CE and ROHS certifications.

Q7: How can we become your distributor?

If you are doing coffee business and interested in our products, welcome you to be our agent from all over the world. Also we can put your logo or company name on machine. If you have special design requests, our engineers team also can help you to make your own style coffee roasters.
