2.Drum material

TY-2apply carbon steel material drum(which others also called cast steel),

This material has properties that are very similar to cast iron, but its production process is simpler than cast iron, with good insulation and lower thermal expansion and contraction coefficients than stainless steel, making it less prone to deformation. This is the optimal material.

3.Heating elements

For gas heating type roaster, here are LPG gas or natural gas options. The professional top-brand Atmospheric gas furnace has low emission and higher heating efficiency. the gas consumption is very small.

For electric heating type roaster, we apply CE certificated heating tubes(stainless steel tube), which is higher efficient and heating fastly, and we also provide one more as spare part.

Ourroastermachine's smoke exhaust or cooling systems are highly integrated,or connected through hard pipes, so the machinenearly noneeds to be installed. It can startroastingwith just a few screws, which isveryconvenient for maintenance and cleaning.
