1. Control type

Standard is Manual control type, but we highly recommend the automatic control type roaster, it will perfectly repeat roasting, keep same quality every time, Intelligent and efficient.

2. Control panel

The TY roaster use PLC touch screen panel , just like using a smartphone, the operator can clearly see the ongoing operation, this makes our roaster very easy to use.

For TY-6kg coffee roaster,We upgraded with an adjustable rocker arm to connect the control box to the roaster body, allowing the operator to adjust the height and direction of the control panel according to their height and roasting needs.

3. Drum material 

TY-6 apply higher quality industrial level carbon steel material drum(which others also called cast steel),

This material has properties that are very similar to cast iron, but its production process is simpler than cast iron, with good insulation and lower thermal expansion and contraction coefficients than stainless steel, making it less prone to deformation. This is the optimal coffee roaster drum material.

4. Heating elements 

For gas heating type roaster, here are LPG gas or natural gas options. The professional top-brand Atmospheric gas furnace has low emission and higher heating efficiency. the gas consumption is very small. 

For electric heating type roaster, we apply CE certificated heating tubes(stainless steel tube), which is higher efficient and heating fastly, and we also provide one more as spare part. 

5. Integrated structure 

Our roaster machine's smoke exhaust or cooling systems are highly integrated, or connected through hard pipes, so the machine nearly no needs to be installed. It can start roasting with just a few screws, which is very convenient for maintenance and cleaning. 

6.Double roasting curves modes 

Our roaster can connect to Artisan by USB cable. 

And we have own roasting profile interface on the touch screen, even not connect to Artisan, you can mark important roasting steps with time and BT temperature(charge->dry end->FC start->FC END->SC start->SC end->drop)
