Pre-treatment 

The green coffee beans generally need to be sieved, dusted and stored before being processed.

In the separation process, the coffee beans are divided into different grades, while controlling different process parameters during roasting to achieve the best roasting effect.

Roasting 

A small coffee bean contains more than 2000 kinds of substances, and we can only understand about 700 kinds of substances so far, and subtle changes will occur between them.

The roasting process is to carbonize the effective ingredients contained in the coffee to produce coffee oil, producing high-quality, consistent style coffee.

Traditionally, according to the degree of roasting, the degrees of roasting are divided into light,CINNAMONR, medium, HIGH, CITY, full city,French style and Italian style. In the production of instant coffee, for ease of description, roasting can generally be divided into light roasting, medium roasting and dark roasting. In order to maintain the best coffee flavor, the best coffee beans are generally roasted at a medium level.
